  • Coordination during the tendering procedure, systematization of gathered offers with the purpose of choosing a contractor;

  • Cooperation with the investor, project designers, contractors and responsible contractors and suggesting measures with the aim of optimizing and improving the project;
  • Offering services for the supervision of project designers;
  • Drafting and supervision of dynamic plans during construction work;
  • Synchronization of work and control of all work with regards to deadlines and quality;
  • Control of expenses during construction work;
  • Control and verification of the amount of conducted work, and equipment and materials which have been purchased and/or installed;
  • Control and verification of the justifiability of unforeseen and additional works during construction;
  • Organization of work meetings with project participants and keeping records of meeting minutes, with the aim of following the realization of construction works and the resolution of current problems and defined goals;
  • Drafting of reports on the state, quality and degree of construction;
  • Defining a critical path for realization and applying pressure to finish work at those positions where construction is late;
  • The acquisition, drafting and completion of necessary documentation and approvals from responsible government organs for technical review of the building;
  • Cooperation with the contractor on preparing an assessment of finished work.
